1. Ticket Purchase: All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.

2. Event Access: Tickets grant access to the event on February 14, 2026, at Kamagut ward, Eldoret.

3. Identification: Attendees must present valid ID matching the booking name at entry.

4. Behavior: Management reserves the right to remove any attendee for disruptive behavior.

5. Liability: Kipkeja Creatives is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property.

6. Photography: Consent to being photographed, filmed, and/or recorded, including your voice, for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes.

7. Changes: Event details subject to change; ticket holders will be notified of significant changes.

8. Payment: All payments must be completed with valid MPESA transaction codes.

9. Age Restriction: This event is strictly for attendees aged 18 years and above.

10. Force Majeure: No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances.

11. Data Collection: Consent to the collection and limited use of your personal data, in line with our privacy policy, for event-related communication and experience enhancement.

12. Intellectual Property / Media Rights: Grant us the right to use any photos, video, or audio featuring you in perpetuity, without restriction or compensation.
